Best Hotel Ever

Best Hotel Ever Seen in my life. Breakfast was delicious. Room was Very neat and nicely decorated. Staffs were very kind.

Restaurant services

Restaurant service was very slow. Food slightly over price. Breakfast buffet was really bad experience. Nothing was there prepared and no variety. Food tastes average. Room size was very small and suffocating. Bathroom door was congested.

Everything about our stay at hotel was good. Courteous staff. Neat and clean room. They even upgraded our room to deluxe. Only thing they have to pay attention to is housekeeping. In total it was good and comfortable stay.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Washrooms are also clean. Staff are polite. Really excellent stay.

Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodative. Restaurant attached was fine. The room rate was very reasonable. Generally quiet. Area is very central. The only cons- One had to request house keeping, breakfast was very basic, AC definitely needs service. Over all, not a bad stay.

Front desk staff are quick to put you at comfort by quick check-in, in-house staff service, etc very prompt. The food in sumptuous and wholesome.

Non professional behavior of some front office executives

They thinking they are the owner of the property. And ordering the guests, denied some services what they offer in check-in policy. Too much delay in room service. Overall bad experience.
